Sorry it has taken soooo long to post we had some camera issues and things have been crazy!! Crazy Good!!! Kimmie is doing so well she laughs and plays. We have been able to go a few places and she has done really great. When we are home she is such a happy little girl. She is now in Speech therapy we are working on chewing and different sensory issues. I think we may be in trouble when she does start chewing ,she loves food!!!! Today I pureed some carrots and she ate and ate and ate, it was so awesome!!! And don't mess with her oatmeal! She played outside today for the first time. So many first are happening it is great to see are flower unfold. And O what a beautiful flower she is. I thank the Lord for giving us such a wonderful gift. Today she had a blast with her cousin and her sister they introduced her to the sit and spin, I thought she would get sick from all the spinning. Thank you for all the prayers please continue to pray for Kimmie the Lord has blessed us all so much!

Home Sweet Home

Hi everyone!! Sorry that I have not posted until now, This jet lag is hard!! We are all doing good. Kimmie is doing much better than I thought. The trip back was 24 hrs, and she only cried about an hour. She did excellent. Mom and Dad on the other hand were about to go crazy! We were sooooooo ready to just be home. Kimmie went to the doctor today and we found out she has a ruptured ear drum, but all the infection is gone. Thank the Lord! So now we have to go get some lab work and will be stating speech therapy in a couple weeks. We really have to get her to swallow and chew better so that she can eat and drink, she is dehydrated and would feel so much better if she was not so weak. She really has taken to her brother and sisters and of coarse they are eating it up. I will try to post again in the next few days and add some pictures now that we are home.

NEXT STOP: HOME!

Our day started off kinda tough, Kimmie woke up really having a hard time. As the day has ticked by she has done better. We went out around lunch and thought we would try and eat out for the first time since we got Kimmie. We chose to eat at Lucy's a place that serves American food and we could eat outside. She did Great and she loves food. We have to give her small pieces but so far today she has had strawberry pop tart, and then at Lucy's she had french fries (her fav.) some cucumber and tomato. She also had toasted cheese. We had a really pleasant lunch, it was a great way to spend our last day here. Please pray for Kimmie as we fly home tomorrow I know she will be scared and her ears and throat are better but not completely well yet. The next time we post we will be home thanks so much for all the prayers!!!!!!!

Doing Much Better!!

Hello everyone, we have had a really good day today! First we went for our morning walk and Kimmie got to go to the fountain that she likes and we got pictures this time.

Isn't she a cutie!!!! Later in the morning we ventured off the island were we are staying and went into the city. it was great. And then this afternoon we received all of our paper work including Kimmie's passport so we are finally going to get to come home!!!!!!!!

Don't get me wrong I have really enjoyed it here and we got our beautiful little girl.God is Great!!!!!!!!!!!!! But now I am ready to come home. Also we found out that Kimmie likes french fries with ketchup( is there any other way??)She doesn't really chew so we have to give her tiny pieces. Look out McDonalds here we come!!

! O yeah, Daddy and I got kisses! How GREAT is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Things are going really wonderful thank you all for your prayers and support ! Kimmie has come soooo far in such a short time and I know that the Lord will mend her heart. She is such a gift.
